Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are critical to our patients' well-being and recovery. You'll deliver exceptional, compassionate care that truly transforms lives.

Daily, you'll apply your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care – this means performing critical assessments, executing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll be an active, collaborative member of an interdisciplinary team, driving optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess & Plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish health baselines and develop comprehensive care plans, adapting as conditions change.

  • Collaborate: Partner with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

  • Intervene: Implement nursing interventions as directed by licensed healthcare providers.

  • Delegate: Strategically assign nursing tasks and activities.

  • Ensure Safety: Provide safe and effective nursing care at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.

  • Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of Minnesota.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.

Pay Range

$39.63 - $53.29 /hour
