Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are critical to our patients' well-being and recovery. You'll deliver exceptional, compassionate care that truly transforms lives.
Daily, you'll apply your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care – this means performing critical assessments, executing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll be an active, collaborative member of an interdisciplinary team, driving optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess & Plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish health baselines and develop comprehensive care plans, adapting as conditions change.
Collaborate: Partner with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Intervene: Implement nursing interventions as directed by licensed healthcare providers.
Delegate: Strategically assign nursing tasks and activities.
Ensure Safety: Provide safe and effective nursing care at all times.
Job Requirements
Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of Minnesota.
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.

Pay Range
$39.63 - $53.29 /hour
