BrightStar Care Home Care Nurse - RN - LPN in Park City, Utah

Client is a 19-year old male with TBI, wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic Available Shifts:  * Park City:  Every day of the week, 12 hour shifts days and nights, 7-7 We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following: * Medication set up and oversight * Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns * Weekdays include going to school with client * Total personal cares Benefits We Offer to RN and LPN: At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their well-being.
