Handyman/Make Ready Multi-Family Management Company is seeking experienced Handyman/Make Ready for our beautiful Community in Paris, TX. The Handyman/Make Ready will report directly to the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, light HVAC is helpful, electrical repairs and know all facets of apartment make-ready. Ideal candidate will be willing to rotate after hours on-call maintenance emergency schedule. The candidate will also be responsible to help maintain the property, 1+ yrs minimum experience.
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
Must have a valid Driver License or Govt Issued ID
