Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you’re passionate about keeping machinery running smoothly and thrive in a fast‑paced industrial environment, this is the role for you.
? What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime
Utilize PLC control systems for monitoring and adjustments
Conduct electrical maintenance, including work with three‑phase systems
? What You Bring
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Hands‑on experience with preventative maintenance
Working knowledge of PLC systems
Ability to maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Proficiency with three‑phase electrical systems
⭐ Preferred Experience
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
Additional technical certifications are a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
