  • Performs a variety of duties accordingto the functional work area assignment, under certain circumstances,personnel may be required to perform all functions.

  • Develops a line of communicationwith AF operations management as well as other actors necessary to ensuremaximized use of the airport facility and minimized obstruction of Deltaaircraft and passenger movement.

  • Responsible for reviewing AF gateplot and recommending alternate gate assignments to minimize passengermisconnects while improving Delta operational performance.

  • Coordinates with ACS OSMs onduty, ACS agents/Red Coats, TechOps and business partners to ensureexecution of on-time aircraft turn and departure and during any changes.

  • Works with the OperationsCustomer Center and other Hub Coordination Centers in implementing thedaily operation to meet safety, reliability, and customer service KPIs andNet Promoter (NPS) goals.

  • Responsible for distribution ofdaily outlook and operational pages as needed throughout the day.

  • Ability to review/createreporting and participate as needed in ad-hoc projects as guided by ACCOSM.

  • Participates in daily briefingand actions any concerns raised from Delta, AF or business partners thatcould impact operation.

  • Monitors the inboundcustomer/baggage connections, provides analysis, and makes decisionsregarding local and down/up-line connections and customers impacted bycancelled or delayed flights.

  • Investigating and accuratelycoding all departure delays.

  • Practices safety-consciousbehaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Must have valid authorization to live and work in the EU (including the France) at the time of application. Delta does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Fluent in English and French (written and oral).

• Able to read, write, and comprehend detailed job instructions.

• Strong listening and communication skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate direction.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, extended hours, and on‑call requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.

• Able to manage conflict and resolve problems effectively.

• Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to balance multiple priorities within established time constraints.

• No disqualifying history with law enforcement (required for airport access pass).

• (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.

• Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self and others.

• Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.

• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Knowledge of DL One Source system.

  • ACC/Hub Tower experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of OSS and RES automation systems.

  • Airport Customer Service operational experience.

  • College education or equivalent preferred.
