Main responsibilities:
Providing support for project management and communication around our global performance program
Participating in cross-functional projects in collaboration with other HR expertise centers: compensation and performance cycles, creation of communication materials, data analysis, competitiveness review, change management, etc
Providing support for operational aspects such as updating databases, participating in compensation surveys, creating presentations, developing job maps, analyzing job grading, etc
Improving internal reporting tools and processes
About you
Soft and technical skills : Rigorous, analytical and synthesis skills, organization. knowledge in the fields of Human Resources and mastery of Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, HR Project Management or Compensation and social benefits or insurance
Education : Master’s degree in in Human Resources, International Management, or Social Law
Languages : english fluent

Principales responsabilités :
Apporter votre support à la gestion de projet ainsi qu’à la communication autour de notre programme mondial de performance
Participer à des projets transversaux tels que sur les cycles de rémunération et de performance, création de supports de communication, analyse des données, revue de compétitivité, gestion du changement
Apporter votre support aux aspects opérationnels telles que la mise à jour de bases de données, la participation aux enquêtes de rémunération, la création de présentations, l'élaboration de cartographies des métiers
Collaborer sur l’amélioration des outils et des processus internes de reporting
À propos de vous
Compétences techniques et relationnelles : Rigueur, esprit analytique, organisation. Connaissances dans les domaines des Ressources Humaines et maîtrise des logiciels du pack Office, plus particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint, Gestion de Projets RH ou de la Rémunération et avantages sociaux ou des assurances
Éducation : bac+5 en ressources humaines, en droit social ou en management international
Langues : anglais courant
