Pricing Analyst
THE POSITION
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The pricing analyst collects, organizes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making by working closely with Pricing peers to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pricing Data Analysis
Gather and maintain pricing data ensuring accuracy and reliability including competitive data.
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in datasets.
Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, etc.)
- Process & Tools optimization
Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes to reduce the manual tasks.
Improve current tools & build new tools to support a growing scope of the team
Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands
Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance business processes.
Strong Skill to master tools such as Excel, Access & PowerBI
PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.
Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong analytical skills/ Business & Problem solving oriented
Good financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding
Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.
Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.
