ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER – 6 MONTHS STARTING FROM JULY 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Product Manager, you will participate in the launch of new products and
animations, and in the operational development of the 360° plans, in co-creation with Jil Sander
Fashion House. You will work with a junior product manager and a marketing manager on all Jil
Sander portfolio (Olfactory Series, Sun, New confidential project…)
Your main focus :
PARTICIPATE IN THE LAUNCH OF NEW PRODUCTS AND ANIMATIONS :
• Elaborate creative concepts (ideas, moodboards, etc.)
• Create and follow the briefs to the external agencies and partners (design, artworks,
prototypes, packshots, texts, videos, etc.)
• Propose and follow the development of support tools (merchandising, gift with purchase,
gifting elements, scented tools, etc.)
• Participate in the creation of advertising campaigns (post-production, etc.) for Retail and
Digital (visuals, videos, GIFs, etc.) and in shooting of assets for internal use.
• Provide assets & information to key markets to ensure a successful launch (internal library)
ANALYSE MARKET AND TRENDS :
• Realize competitive studies (design, line-up, etc.)
• Create a presentation on the Jil Sander Fashion Show happening during your experience
ASSIST THE TEAM :
• Help to create presentations for the local markets, the support teams, the Top Management
and the Fashion House; and to prepare meetings.
• Occasionally, products orders and shipments.

The JIL SANDER Global Marketing team consists in a Vice President, a Marketing Director, a
Marketing Manager and a Product Manager. You will work closely together with several
departments such as Packaging, Communication, Digital, Merchandising, Training, Olfactory studio,
etc. All your colleagues are working in harmony to develop a consistent 360° plan on all
touchpoints. Working in the team, you will find a strong team spirit and a very positive

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

experienced Marketing Development Assistant, you are passionate and reliable, and you get
energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you:
• Have a minimum 6-month experience in Global Marketing Development (at brand or Fragrance
House).
• Are sensitive to the Fragrances & Cosmetics industry.
• Have both a creative mindset and an analytical mind.
• Are organized, rigorous and know how to prioritize your different missions.
• Have a flair for service and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Have a positive and curious mindset.
• Master the English language on a near native level.
