Vos missions :
Medtronic recrute un(e) stagiaire Gestionnaire Administratif spécialisé(e) en facturation SESAM Vitale et tiers payant. Vous serez en charge de la création, du contrôle et de la mise en conformité des dossiers patients. Vous veillerez à la vérification des droits via ADRi, au traitement des ordonnances ainsi qu’à la gestion des informations de mutuelle, afin d’assurer la fiabilité du parcours administratif en amont de la facturation.
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront :
1. Création des dossiers patients
Saisir et actualiser les informations administratives.
Vérifier la complétude des pièces justificatives.
Assurer le classement et l’archivage des dossiers.
2. Vérification via ADRi
Contrôler en temps réel les droits des patients via ADRi.
Identifier les anomalies (droits expirés, incohérences).
Mettre à jour les données ou solliciter des compléments auprès des patients.
3. Traitement des ordonnances
Vérifier la conformité réglementaire (dates, signatures, mentions obligatoires).
S’assurer de la cohérence entre l’ordonnance et la prestation demandée.
Préparer les éléments pour leur intégration dans le circuit de facturation.
4. Gestion des informations de mutuelle
Vérifier et mettre à jour les données de mutuelle dans les dossiers patients.
Contrôler l’éligibilité au tiers payant.
Votre profil :
Étudiant(e) en formation Bac+3 (BUT ou Licence) dans le domaine administratif.
Intérêt pour le secteur de la santé.
Maîtrise du Pack Office.
Vos qualités :
Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
Curiosité et volonté d’apprendre.
Écoute active et capacité à analyser des besoins parfois complexes.
Esprit d’équipe et bonnes compétences en communication.
Durée et lieu :
Stage de 3 à 6 mois, à pourvoir dès que possible.
Poste basé à Paris 14ᵉ.
