Global media Senior Project Manager

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Coty is one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance,color cosmetics, skin care and body care. As part of the Global Media team, this role plays a critical part intranslating Coty’s global media strategyinto high-impact, locally relevant executions for a portfolio ofluxury, European-based brands.

Reporting into the Global Media organization, the Global Senior Project Manager–Media acts as astrategic connector between Global Marketing, local markets, media agencies, licensors and key digitalpartners. The role has a direct impact on brand growth,media ROI and the consistency of Coty’s mediapresence across channels and geographies.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

•Supporting the development and implementation of the Global Media strategy across all platformsand designated brands.

•Driving global media planning, activation and reporting of globally led media investments.

•Owning and nurturing key relationships across media sectors and major digital players.

•Partnering with Global Marketing teams to scale worldwide media investments and addressmarket-level discrepancies.

•Delivering against business objectives, ensuring optimal ROI and media effectiveness.

•Leveraging strong expertise in advocacy, content and paid amplification models to build connectedmedia ecosystems.

•Analyzing campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, including impacton DTC sales and consideration.

•Continuously tracking performance against KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities.

•Working closely with media agencies to understand the competitive landscape and key takeawaysfrom PCAs.

•Collaborating with Brand Marketing teams to ensure media is a clear contributor to brand growth.

•Contributing to first-to-market innovations with digital partners.

•Coordinating with centralized teams (Marketing, Digital, PR/Influencer, E-commerce, ConsumerMarket Insights) to drive audience understanding and performance through SOM trends.

•Developing and delivering media presentations and reporting for brand teams, leadership andlicensors.

•Maintaining strong partnerships with the Media Agency of Record.

•Collaborating closely with Influencer and Digital Marketing teams on content partnershipdevelopment and execution.

The role is based inPariswith the possibility of a hybrid working schedule (up to 50% remote per month).

WHATYOU’LL BRING

We’d love to see candidates who have:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media or a related field.

•8+ years of experience in media, with a client and/or agency background.

•Strong experience in global media strategy across offline and online channels (TV, Digital, OOH,Print).

•Proven track record managing media budgets across multiple brands or sub-brands.

•Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape and emerging platforms.

•Strong understanding of media KPIs and performance optimization levers.

•Experience working in a complex, matrixed and international organization.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior leadership.

•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Desirable

•Experience in luxury, prestige beauty or high-end skincare.

•Experience building strong partnerships with key digital platforms.

•Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovation in media execution.

•Curiosity and active learning mindset toward new technologies and media trends.
