Position Overview

Step into the fast-paced world of luxury retail and make your mark from day one. As a Planner Intern, you will contribute, collaborate, and learn by doing. This is your chance to take part in real-time decision-making and help drive stock distribution strategies across the EMEA region.

From sales analysis to inventory movements, you will work at the intersection of data and operations — gaining the skills, insights, and confidence to jumpstart your career.

If you are curious, driven, and ready to turn numbers into impact, this internship is your runway.

Distribution:

Get hands-on with product flows across multiple markets. You will:

· Assist in tracking and analyzing stock targets across boutiques, using real-time data to observe how trends and strategies affect product availability.

· Help monitor inventory levels, ensuring that the right products are available in the right stores at the right time.

· Support the Merchandising team in reviewing product allocations and adjusting assortments to meet market needs.

· Contribute to identifying stock imbalances and assisting in regional rebalancing actions that improve sales and efficiency.

· Take part in new product launches, store openings, and seasonal promotions, providing logistical and operational support across regions.

· Help coordinate stock movements during live market events, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.

What you will gain: A front-row seat to how supply chain, sales, and merchandising come together to fuel luxury retail performance — and the chance to be an active part of it.

Reporting:

Become fluent in the language of data.

You will:

· Use Excel and reporting tools to dig into sales and inventory performance.

· Support the team in identifying trends, stock gaps, and business opportunities — and take part in developing action plans.

· Create and tailor reports that communicate insights clearly and drive decisions across teams.

· Explore ways to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and visibility — your fresh perspective matters here.

What you will gain: Practical experience turning data into insights, and insights into action. You will build skills that are essential in any business function.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of analytics or planning tools like Power BI, Anaplan, or Business Objects is a plus — but not essential.

· Language: French and English proficiency required.

· 6 months internship, starting in July.

Why Join Us? This internship is built for action-takers. You will work side-by-side with experienced professionals, contribute to projects that matter, and develop a skillset that’s directly applicable to roles in planning, operations, and beyond.
