    As our new Cloud Desk Operations Specialist , your primary mission is to ensure the complete provisioning of customer subscriptions with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). Leveraging your expertise in cloud services, you will collaborate internally with sales, operations, and cloud teams, and externally with CSP partners and customers.

    Key R esponsibilities

  • Register and onboard new customers and a ctivate subscription contracts with service providers

  • Deliver solutions and services while m anag ing invoicing and provid ing customer support

  • Assist customers in optimizing and simplifying cloud service management

  • Train customers on ordering and billing tools

  • Coordinate service deployments with technical teams for complex solutions

  • Stay up to date with technological developments (CSP offerings, provisioning platform updates, etc.)

What we need to see from you

  • Proven hands-on experience in customer success within cloud services

  • Background in delivering IT solutions with Cloud solutions providers
