Le Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center a réouvert ses portes depuis le L'été 2024 et a toujours besoin de jeunes talents !
Se situant dans le 14ème arrondissement de Paris, notre hôtel possède une localisation stratégique au cœur de la rive gauche.
Doté de 757 chambres (dont 51 suites) et d’un centre de conférence de 5000 m2 d'espaces polyvalents (offre exclusive pour Paris intra-muros), l’établissement propose un lieu de réception haut de gamme en plein Paris.

Descriptif du poste :
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, curieuse, polyvalente et avec le sens du détail afin de venir en renfort à notre équipe finance composée d'une dizaine d'associés.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Participation aux tâches quotidiennes de tous les pôles de la comptabilité :
Fournisseurs & clients :
Contrôle, comptabilisation et envoi des factures
Gestion des relances
Income audit :
Contrôle du chiffre d’affaires et des encaissements
Suivi des offerts
Participation aux tâches de clôture mensuelle :
FNP et CCA
Comptabilité analytique
Réconciliation des comptes de bilan
FORMATION / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATION
De préférence, un diplôme dans une discipline Finance / Hôtellerie avec une expérience professionnelle dans une structure de taille similaire.
CONNAISSANCES REQUISES
Maîtrise de l’anglais souhaitée.
