Job Description:

The Global Services GI2C Financial Planner & Reporting Analyst will be responsible to:

  • Plan and coordinate annual planning/forecasting processes for Accounts Receivable, DSO and other business metrics, along w/ key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by service delivery.

  • Organizing financial benchmarking on regular intervals, including external benchmarking of service delivery key performance indicators to stay abreast of new developments and resulting financial impacts

  • Compiles data used in the preparation of financial reports & metrics dashboards on necessary frequencies as required by service delivery and/or the business

  • Lead in preparing presentations and full financial packages on a quarterly basis, as well as monthly leadership meetings and in any such frequency required to support service delivery and strategic initiatives

  • Assists in closing processes by generating month-end reports, reconciling accounts receivable general ledger, and analyzing customer balances, as needed.

  • Proactively find opportunities for continuous operational improvement and innovate solutions thru data so the team can operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner

  • Coordinates and prepares pertinent information for internal and external customers, including requests for analysis, financial information, and reports. Assist with the internal and external audit processes (as needed)

  • Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

• Support/lead the organization initiatives within GI2C, GS Finance or Global Services as a whole

• Influence/shape the culture of the organization as one of the leaders in I2C

  • Experience working with integrated multi-faceted and matrixed organization

  • Experience in Financial planning & analysis, service performance management, continuous improvement

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft office platforms and integrated tools

  • Familiarity in controls, compliance and audit frameworks and processes

  • Familiarity in project/portfolio management concepts

  • Strong communication skills, critical and strategic thinking, problem solving skills will be key to succeed in the role
