Your role at Clorox:

Leads and owns all key functions of manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations to ensure targets are achieved :

  • Deliver manufacturing, warehouse and logistics needs to support the business on time and in full, within cost and time frame expectations.

  • Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) Standards and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Deliver cost targets and savings related to plant and logistics.

  • Deliver environment, safety, and governance (ESG) goals.

  • Lead, develop, and engage team of plant and logistics.

In this role, you will:

  1. This role leads and owns all functions of Paranaque Plant - 50%
  • 1.1. Manufacturing management within the specified volume, costs, and availability targets.

  • 1.2. Warehouse management to ensure sufficient space to meet the

  • business needs.

  • 1.3. Logistics and delivery planning, contract negotiations.

  • 1.4. Compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements.

  • 1.5. Drive cost targets and ESG goals related to plant and logistics.

  • 1.6. People management, development, and engagement.

  • 1.7. Drive continuous improvement in operations to attain efficiency and productivity.

  • 1.8. Manages cost components: operational and capital expense budgets, total Delivered Cost (TDC), and other plant/logistics KPIs.

  1. Other Responsibilities - 50%
  • 2.1. Drive organizational empowerment across all levels of the organization.

  • 2.2. Coordinate with the different functions internal, and external customers to get the work done and solve operations-related situations. Communicates proactively, involving stakeholders.

  • 2.3. Change management including culture, products, and processes.

  • 2.4. Represents Clorox as the Quality Management Representative to internal and external customers.

  • 2.5. Responsible/accountable for overall safety at the plant, via the Safety. Manager, and addresses all issues/concerns with internal/external customers

  • 2.6. Responsible/accountable for overall environmental compliance, via the Managing Head, and addresses all issues/concerns with internal/external customers.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing & Distribution (preferably at a Consumer Goods Company)

Education Level/Degree:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Chemistry Science.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive plant operations experience with a strong focus on safety and quality performance.

  • Skilled in technical project management and leading operational initiatives

  • Proven track record of improving operations through data analytics, loss identification, and strategic improvements.

  • Strong continuous improvement mindset, with preferred experience in CI leadership.

  • Proficient in financial analysis and P&L management.

  • Experienced in production planning, process optimization, budgeting, and team leadership.

  • Preferred experience working within safety, quality, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Led culture development, change leadership, and advanced IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) initiatives.

  • Strong ability to create followership and lead mid- to large-sized teams.

  • Skilled in delegating and empowering team members to drive results.

  • Delivers effective, audience-tailored communication.

  • Embraces a servant leadership mindset.

  • Preferred experience in employee relations and performance management.

  • Proven ability to develop talent, hold others accountable , and give/receive constructive feedback.

  • Awareness of labor relations and experience in employee relations.

  • Experience in innovation and start-up environments , including new product development , loss elimination, and manufacturing technology.

  • Skilled in vision development and creating short- and long-term strategies with clear roadmaps for success.

  • Strong ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive alignment.

  • Effective in decision-making, risk management, and prioritization , with a focus on enterprise-wide thinking.

  • Demonstrated strength in strategic planning and execution.

  • Strong functional/technical skills related to logistics, warehousing, supply chain.

  • Builds strong relationship and relates well with others to drive results.

  • Uses analytical skills effectively.

  • Computer literate.

  • Understanding of SMETA Audit concepts.
