Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse Manager for one of their top healthcare system clients in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for overseeing clinical, operational, and strategic aspects of the occupational and employee health program while providing high‑quality patient care. This role includes direct clinical responsibilities such as conducting health assessments, case management, administering vaccinations, performing screenings, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. The Nurse Manager partners closely with the Medical Director to develop and manage an OSHA‑ and CDC‑compliant Occupational Medicine Program that aligns with organizational goals. They will lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of healthcare professionals while fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment. Regulatory compliance is a core function, including oversight of medical surveillance programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. The position also emphasizes employee wellness through health promotion, workplace risk assessments, and educational initiatives to support safety and prevention.

Skills and Requirements
• Active NJ RN license
• Minimum 3 years' experience with occupational health, employee health, or related field
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA, HIPPA and CDC
• Active BLS Certification • Master's Degree
• COHN Certification
