Requirements
3+ years experience as Medical Assistant required
Attentive to detail, with a sense of urgency and passion for quality
Able to report to the campus daily
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Responsibilities
Coordinates, assigns, tracks, and reports all activities related to the externship or internship program.
Facilitates the student's transition from class to externship or internship programs to graduation, in preparation for full-time placement.
Evaluates and assists in the resolution of student issues within compliance with of school policies.
Assists the Director of Education in identifying externship sites.
Coordinates the selection process for placing students in externship or internship programs.
Ensures that externship agreements are properly maintained and communicated.
Maintains ongoing communication with students and externship or internship sites.
Maintains program records; continually audits all records and validates information.
Makes external site visits during each externship or internship.
