Position SummaryWorking in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer of Valley Medical Group:The Director of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Compensation and Recruitment provides enterprise-level strategic leadership and operational oversight for the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing administration of compensation and recruitment programs for employed and contracted physicians and advanced practice providers. This role ensures compensation arrangements are market competitive, financially sustainable, and consistently compliant with organizational compensation plans, fair market value (FMV), commercial reasonableness (CR), and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.The Director serves as a key risk and financial steward for provider compensation arrangements that represent a significant organizational investment, partnering closely with physician leadership, legal, compliance, finance, and human resources to support recruitment, retention, performance, and long-term workforce sustainability while mitigating regulatory, financial, and reputational risk.EducationBachelor’s degree required.
