Corporate Account Director (Ascent, Express Scripts)Job Locations USID2026-1939CategorySalesTypeRegular Full-TimeOverview- The top deliverables for this position are to achieve optimal access and pull through with targeted customers within their accounts and to develop the strategy for efficiently achieving corporate objectives.Responsibilities1. Identify, develop and execute business opportunities by focusing on appropriate positioning of SK's products within targeted Market Access customers.2. Identify key opportunities with account decision makers and develop specific account objectives and tactics that optimize business performance.3. Work with Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Brand team personnel to secure formulary access and drive effective pull-through of SK products with these key customers.4. Develop, negotiate and implement contracts where needed to support payer market strategies and coordinate pull through activities to support access opportunities and challenges ultimately resulting in significant ROIs.5. Track and analyze contracted product performance and communicate broadly with key stakeholders in Market Access, Sales, Operations, Finance and all appropriate internal personnel.6. Perform client reviews with each contracted and non-contracted client quarterly to monitor contract progress for both the client and SK.7. Communicate effectively both internally and externally regarding all appropriate market access priorities.QualificationsEducation Preferred:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWork Experience:- Minimum 7 -10 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a minimum of 4 years Market Access experience, preferably national account management.- Broad pharmaceutical and/or health industry experience including two or more years of management experience, including sales management and/or brand management and/or financial/contract management/analysis along with experience independently managing national or regional accounts with an emphasis on contracting- Strong background in ROI evaluation- Record of building high, value-added, service-oriented Market Access relationships.- Prior people management preferred- Prior experience within CNS and epilepsy preferredPhysical and Mental Requirements:- Strong ability to work cross functionally across sales, marketing, market access, contracts and pricing, trade, and senior leadership- Strong project management, analytical thinking skills, and financial modeling skills- Demonstrated initiative, creativity and strategic relationship building skills- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement successful strategic initiatives for multiple constituents with conflicting/competing objectives and goals- Ability to effectively compete for resources both with internal and external customers- Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen- Strong platform skills- Effective executive level negotiation skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
