Veolia Water M&S (Paramus), Inc. seeks a Cloud Product Manager in Paramus, NJ to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and assess the demand for cloud services. Define, manage, and execute the cloud product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback. Oversee the delivery and deployment of cloud services, ensuring alignment with product requirements and timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and operations, to ensure successful product implementation and delivery. Manage the product backlog, grooming and prioritizing user stories and requirements. Facilitate product demonstrations and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on cloud product performance, adoption, and customer feedback. Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on usage data and customer feedback. Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze and problem solve the customers needs and pain points Create and deliver presentations and updates to business and technical leaders. Provide leadership and guidance to matrix-reporting team members while coordinating with their direct managers. Lead and mentor assigned team members in product development methodologies and best practices. Drive accountability for project deliverables while respecting existing reporting structures. Ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives across the matrix organization. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s degree experience in a related technology-related occupation. The position also requires: 5 years experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices; 5 years experience managing complex products or services from ideation to delivery; 5 years experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders; 5 years experience with cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices; 5 years experience product management including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning; 5 years experience translating technical concepts into business value propositions; 5 years experience with cloud service delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); 5 years experience with cloud governance, security, and compliance requirements; 5 years experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and financial management; and 5 years experience managing teams in a matrix organization structure. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report/appear into/at Veolia offices in Paramus, NJ. $155,591.80 to $175,591.80 per year.
