Stew Leonard's Bakery Production Assistant in Paramus, New Jersey
Stew Leonard’s, a family-owned and operated fresh food store founded in 1969, has locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop.
Bakery Production Assistant
Part-Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $17 -- $17.50/hour
Must be at least 18 years and older
Position Description:
Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients
Your day-to-day:
Review production plan
Reading and understanding recipes
Execute production of product based on established guidelines
Package and label products for display
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Assist in other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Entry-level position: no prior experience is required
Great customer service

Working Conditions:
Position requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting, with a maximum weight of 50lbs.
Position may require repetitive use of hands
