Medical Assistant (CMA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), or Outpatient Clinic CNA - Primary Care

Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC is a physician-owned primary care clinic in Paragould, Arkansas seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with outpatient clinic experience to join our outpatient clinical team.

This full-time position offers predictable daytime clinic hours, a structured outpatient workflow, and a supportive team environment. Our clinic focuses on delivering high-quality primary care while maintaining an organized and professional workplace.

This is not a nursing home position. CNA applicants must have prior experience working in an outpatient medical clinic or physician office.

Compensation: \$15.00 - \$15.50 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time

Monday - Friday\ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No night shifts or hospital rotations.

One Saturday clinic approximately every 7 weeks\ 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

  • This position works closely with physicians and APRNs in a collaborative primary care setting.
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs
  • Perform patient intake and clinical documentation in the EMR
  • Assist clinicians during patient visits
  • Perform EKGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures as trained
  • Monitor labs, imaging, and referrals to ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Provide patient instructions and assist with care coordination
  • Maintain exam room supplies and clinical inventory
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
