Seasonal and Temporary Work 3/11/26-11/14/26

Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks,\ forklifts, or transfer augers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment\ malfunctions. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors,\ combines, and irrigation equipment. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when\ machinery malfunctions. Direct and monitor the activities of work crews engaged in planting,\ weeding, or harvesting activities. Weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other\ identifying information. Irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and maintain ditches\ or pipes and pumps. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store\ grain crops. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and\ self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and\ harvest crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Clean work areas,\ and maintain grounds and landscaping.Farming with: Corn, Rice, Soy Beans

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver\'s license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items\ weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive\ sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience\ relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees\ must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety\ regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company\ vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
