Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Senior Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Paradise. This role is responsible for serving as a key technical resource, supporting end-users, managing IT systems, and ensuring operational stability across the technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person (onsite/hybrid).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage and resolve escalated tickets from junior support staff.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding including provisioning accounts and equipment.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Manage and monitor virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Perform system updates, patch management, and server backups.
- Maintain security policies and compliance (antivirus, endpoint management).
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365/Azure AD.
- 5+ years of experience in technology support with at least 1 year in a systems/server administration role.
Leadership experience and handling escalation services.
