Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist II to join our team in Paradise. This position is responsible for the quality control review and documentation of Commercial and Agricultural loans in compliance with state and Federal Laws and Bank of Bird-in-Hand's Lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review Credit Presentation Summary, Credit Quest Memos, and Closing Request Form.
  2. Review property search or preliminary title for accuracy of ownership of collateral and lien information.
  3. Prepare closing documents in LaserPro.
  4. Prepare documentation for loans with alternate payment schedules.
  5. Communicate with outside vendors, including but not limited to settlement agents and title companies, insurance agents, attorneys, and property search vendors.
  6. Assist with training new employees or employees being promoted to level II, on real estate and title insured real estate loans.
  7. Maintain a Loans in Process spreadsheet for loan tracking.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with CreditQuest, LaserPro, or similar loan documentation system

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Five or more years of experience in preparing commercial loan documentation.
  3. Strong Attention to Detail
