We’re looking for a reliable Installer Helper who’s eager to learn, willing to travel, and ready to grow with a company that invests in you.
⭐ What You’ll Do
As an Installer Helper, you’ll play a key role in assembling and installing skylight systems by:
Assisting with the movement and staging of materials
Installing skylight panels with precision
Caulking, sealing, and waterproofing joints
Working with rail systems that panels slide into
Using tools such as drills, snips, pry bars, pliers, and screwdrivers
Supporting fabrication and glazing tasks
Every day brings a new challenge—and a chance to learn more of the trade.
?️ What You Bring
We’re seeking candidates with:
Experience in glazing or construction
Confidence using hand & power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Carpentry or electrical skills
Experience with commercial construction, framing, or glass cutting
(Bonus) Welding or rail assembly experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
