SAIC Program Analyst Associate in Panama City Beach, Florida
Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to assist with many aspects of supporting our purchasing and project management teams. This position sits in Panama City, Florida.
Job Duties:
Purchasing
Analyzing, optimizing and evaluating program metrics and performance to identify system trends, overcome obstacles and find opportunities for improvement
Credit card purchasing through online sources as well as working with commercial vendors and manufacturers
Tracking of purchases and funds
Data Entry
Working with vendors of all types
Entering Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions
Attending weekly status report meetings
Assist with outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries
Other duties as instructed by management
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree: four (4) years of similar experience preferred in lieu of degree
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
STRONG organizational skills
Self-starter
Proficient with MS Office products; in particular, Excel, Outlook, word
Must be flexible with rapidly evolving priorities
Purchasing experience is preferred
Clearance Requirement:
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Can start once interim Secret clearance is granted
