Summary:

Seeking an experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have prior kitchen management experience and strong leadership skills to ensure food quality, safety, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members
  • Ensure smooth communication between BOH and FOH teams
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Minimum 24 months (2 years) of kitchen management experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
