Lead gateway, cargo and ramp operations to ensure smooth daily operations
Investigate and resolve operational disruptions, delays or service failures
Ensure ramp, cargo and flight operations comply with safety standards
Manage ground handling vendors to meet safety and efficiency requirements
Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in airline/airport operations
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of flight operations, ground handling and cargo processes
Familiarity with IATA, ICAO regulations and safety standards
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Strategic planning and operational leadership
