About the Role
HP Inc. is building the next generation of consumer digital experiences that connect hardware, services, and content into a unified lifestyle platform. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new Windows-native consumer touchpoints and subscription-based commerce experiences designed to transform HP into a digital lifestyle coordination service brand powered by deeply personalized insights and recommendations.
This role will focus on the creation of a new platform service layer and infrastructure integrations that enable:
Advanced data analytics and personalization
Subscription and payment orchestration
Partner ecosystem APIs
Advertising and monetization platforms
You will define and launch products that live directly within HP's Windows device ecosystem , connecting users to services, partners, and experiences across commerce, content, and productivity.
The ideal candidate is a product leader with strong technical fluency , a proven 0→1 product development track record , and the ability to build scalable platform capabilities while collaborating across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Identify consumer pain points, emerging technology trends, and new monetization opportunities within HP's Windows ecosystem.
Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for HP's consumer digital services platform.
Develop scalable business models for subscription commerce, partner integrations, and advertising-driven experiences.
Establish HP as a digital lifestyle coordination platform delivering personalized recommendations and services.
Platform & Infrastructure Development
Lead the design and development of a foundational platform layer enabling:
Data ingestion and analytics pipelines
Subscription and payment processing infrastructure
Partner API frameworks
Advertising technology integrations
Partner with engineering teams to define platform architecture, API standards, and system scalability requirements .
Build platform capabilities that support multiple product experiences across HP's device ecosystem .
Windows Native Experience Integration
Define product capabilities integrated directly into Windows-based HP consumer touchpoints such as device onboarding, utilities, or companion apps.
Partner with ecosystem teams across the Windows platform to ensure seamless UX and performance integration .
Optimize user journeys that connect hardware ownership to services, subscriptions, and partner experiences .
Cross-Functional Product Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including:
Engineering
UX & Design
Business Development
Marketing
Legal
Finance
Operations
Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders to ensure initiatives support business objectives and user engagement goals .
Foster a collaborative environment encouraging innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement .
Product Development Lifecycle
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from ideation and discovery through launch and iteration.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and technical documentation .
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable products that exceed user expectations.
Data-Driven Growth & Optimization
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product adoption, engagement, and revenue.
Analyze first-party data, industry research, and consumer trends to inform product strategy.
Drive A/B testing frameworks, experimentation strategies, and growth initiatives .
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue performance and user retention .
Go-To-Market & Ecosystem Development
Partner with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, messaging, and launch plans .
Support the development of partner ecosystems through APIs and platform integrations.
Collaborate with business development teams to onboard strategic partners and advertising platforms .
Executive Communication & Strategic Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation on current and upcoming initiatives .
Provide regular updates to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders .
Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and performance insights.
Qualifications
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in Product Management , preferably in consumer technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
Proven track record of successfully launching consumer-facing products from 0 → 1 .
Experience building platform services, APIs, or infrastructure-backed product ecosystems .
Strong understanding of subscription commerce models and payment processing systems .
Experience working with data analytics platforms and personalization technologies .
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional global teams to deliver complex products.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Familiarity with:
Platform architectures and API ecosystems
Data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
Subscription billing and payment orchestration
Advertising technology or retail media platforms
Experience integrating partner ecosystems and third-party services .
Understanding of user engagement, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing .
Strategic & Business Skills
Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing scalable revenue models.
Experience analyzing international markets and consumer behavior trends .
Ability to leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance .
Leadership & Communication
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills .

Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and cross-functional collaboration .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Windows ecosystem products or OEM software platforms .
Experience in consumer media, retail, advertising technology, or marketplace platforms .
Background in digital advertising, retail media networks, or recommendation engines .
MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12-18 months, this role will:
Launch new HP consumer service experiences integrated into Windows devices .
Establish a scalable platform infrastructure supporting subscriptions, payments, and partner integrations .
Deliver data-driven personalization capabilities that increase user engagement and monetization.
Build the foundation for HP's digital services ecosystem and partner marketplace .
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
