Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a high-energy, skilled Clinical Nurse (RN) to join a premier Level 1 Academic Medical Center. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering elite, family-centered care, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll do more than just monitor—you’ll lead. You will manage the full nursing process, from rapid assessment and emergency protocol activation to complex care coordination. You’ll be a clinical expert who empowers patients, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and contributes to the growth of the nursing profession through mentorship and shared governance.
The Essentials:
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week.
Experience: 3+ years of CVOR experience (Required).
Skills: Ability to scrub and circulate Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic surgeries (Preferred).
Background: BSN preferred; current CA-RN license and AHA BLS certification required.
Location/Environment: Previous travel experience and Level 1 Academic Medical Center exposure are highly valued.
Compensation:
The anticipated wage for this position is between $87 and $92 . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Pay Details: $86.00 to $92.00 per hour
