Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated shift General Laborer to join their team. As a shift General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Palmyra, MO
Pay Range: 16.55
Shift: 3rd
What's the Job?
Operate one or two machines simultaneously to support production processes
Ensure products are properly packed or palletized for shipment
Monitor and maintain the correct functioning of machines during operation
Cut excess plastic from parts to meet quality standards
Assemble boxes and lift or stack filled product boxes for shipment
What's Needed?
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours during shifts
Willingness to work in a hot environment, especially during summer months
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual work ethic
