Warehouse Associate

Location: Palmetto, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily material flow by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory. This role ensures materials are accurate, organized, and delivered on time to support production. The position is part of a growing team at OSSIO’s new U.S. production site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify shipments and complete documentation

  • Store materials in assigned locations and maintain organized inventory areas

  • Issue materials to Production and Packaging teams as needed

  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution

  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and paperwork

  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the system

  • Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, safe, and organized (5S)

  • Report shortages, damage, or equipment issues promptly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred

  • Regulated or medical device environment experience a plus

  • Ability to operate pallet jacks or material handling equipment

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused

  • ERP or inventory system experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
