Adecco is Hiring – Production Associate

Palmetto, FL

$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adecco is hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing operations at , a growing medical device company. This role involves hands-on production work in a cleanroom environment and is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow written work instructions and SOPs

  • Operate molding, cutting, weighing, and compression equipment safely and correctly.

  • Inspect products for accuracy and quality

  • Complete production paperwork and documentation

  • Maintain cleanroom and safety standards

  • Support team members as production ramps up

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of production, assembly, or manufacturing experience

  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

  • Comfortable using basic tools and equipment

Preferred (not required):

  • Medical device or cleanroom experience

  • Experience with production documentation or ERP systems
