Palmetto, FL
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Adecco is hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing operations at , a growing medical device company. This role involves hands-on production work in a cleanroom environment and is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing experience.
What You’ll Do
Follow written work instructions and SOPs
Operate molding, cutting, weighing, and compression equipment safely and correctly.
Inspect products for accuracy and quality
Complete production paperwork and documentation
Maintain cleanroom and safety standards
Support team members as production ramps up
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of production, assembly, or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
Preferred (not required):
Medical device or cleanroom experience
Experience with production documentation or ERP systems
