Packaging Associate

Location: Palmetto, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Packaging Associate supports the final steps of manufacturing by packaging, labeling, and documenting products to meet quality and GMP standards. This role is part of a growing production team at a new U.S. manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package, label, seal, and inspect products per work instructions

  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

  • Complete required documentation accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP‑compliant work area

  • Verify materials, lot numbers, and product traceability

  • Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams

  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and gowning procedures

  • Report issues or concerns to leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated environment experience a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs

  • Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented

  • Experience with documentation or ERP systems preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
