Packaging Associate
Location: Palmetto, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Packaging Associate supports the final steps of manufacturing by packaging, labeling, and documenting products to meet quality and GMP standards. This role is part of a growing production team at a new U.S. manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
Package, label, seal, and inspect products per work instructions
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Complete required documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP‑compliant work area
Verify materials, lot numbers, and product traceability
Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and gowning procedures
Report issues or concerns to leadership as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred
Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated environment experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented
Experience with documentation or ERP systems preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
