POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare commercial loan documentation and perform various administrative duties to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency of the Commercial Loan Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process new commercial loans including review and follow up of documentation. Prepare commitment letters, modifications, renewals and change in terms agreements.
- Process new participation loans, payments, and advances
- Prepare and input wire transfers.
- Complete and submit HMDA data worksheets.

``` - Distribute commercial loan rate change and final payment notices.
Process various loan and line of credit draws and payments.
Request appraisal quotes, order appraisals, and prepare appraisal engagement letters.
Prepare non-originated loan documentation.
Calculate payoff balances for commercial loans.
Order flood certifications, property reports, UCC searches, environmental reports, and construction draw inspections.
Process UCC continuations and title encumbrance renewals.
Review daily reports available in Synergy. Organize, scan and index loan documentation into Synergy.
Perform account and loan transaction maintenance as needed.
Prepare monthly or quarterly commercial loan reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience : Commercial experience preferred, however training will be provided for qualified applicants
Computer Skills
Work with Jack Henry Platform System, LaserPro, Synergy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
