Job Description
Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for students in grades K–12 across a Riverside County school district. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting a diverse caseload with a Amergisum of 50 students.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students access communication skills that support their academic and social success.
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12
Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop IEP goals
Deliver direct and indirect services in accordance with IEP requirements
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
Support students across multiple school sites as needed
Requirements
Active California SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and evidence-based interventions
Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
