Thompson Palm Springs is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Seasonal Lounge Server Assistant/Bar Back to join the Lola Rose Grand Mezze team!

As a Seasonal Lounge Server Assistant/Bar Back, you will assist the lounge and bar operations. You will provide assistance to bartenders by maintaining the supply levels for glassware, mixers, ice, beverage and other needed supplies. The Bar Back assists with equipment clearing, ware washing, and guest service, as needed. This role will also assist the Lounge servers in running food and drinks, bussing, and ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests enjoying the lounge. T his is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Qualifications:
Riverside County’s Food Handler’s Card
Must be over the age of 21
Previous experience working in a fast-paced food & beverage establishment is required
Previous experience working in a luxury hotel/resort setting is a plus
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
