Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting property operations and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: PALM DESERT, CA
Pay Range: $20-25.00
Shift: AM Mon - Fri
What's the Job?
Oversee daily maintenance operations across residential properties to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive team environment.
Perform routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
Manage work orders efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and resident expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
What's Needed?
Previous experience in property or apartment maintenance supervision or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities to motivate and guide team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of property upkeep.
