GE Vernova is seeking a Global Manufacturing Quality Leader to lead quality excellence across four manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Standardize and deploy quality processes, procedures, and best practices across sites. Share Lessons Learned and Best Practices
• Drive improvements in First Pass Yield, Right First Time, defect reduction, problem solving and Cost of Poor Quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Lead audits, corrective and preventive actions, and structured problem-solving activities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Plant Leadership to improve business performance.
• Develop and coach quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality across multiple sites or in a senior quality leadership role.
• Strong experience with quality systems, standard work deployment, and operational excellence.
• Expertise in Lean, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certification, or Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience in renewable energy, electrification, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience leading digital quality or smart manufacturing initiatives.
Additional Information
• Travel required: 40–50%.
• Domestic travel; international travel may be needed based on business needs.
