Location: Concord Township, OH (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 a.m.--4:30 p.m.
Pay: $18--$23/hour (based on experience)
Fives Landis Corp is seeking an office-based Customer Service Representative to support our CITCO Tools division. This role is ideal for someone with B2B customer service experience who enjoys working in a professional office environment and serving as a key point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting
- Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy
- Process customer and distributor orders using SAP
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2--4 years of B2B customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
