Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one support, help children build communication and daily living skills, and implement treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors. No prior RBT certification is required to apply. We provide paid training and support for certification.Primary Responsibilities•Work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting•Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs•Track progress and record session data accurately•Follow direction from BCBAs and other clinical supervisors•Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured treatment environment•Communicate professionally with supervisors and team membersQualifications•High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred•Experience working with children preferred•Experience with special needs or disabilities is a plus•Strong communication and teamwork skills•Reliable transportation•Ability to pass a background check and drug screen•Able to stay actively engaged throughout the workday
