Job Overview
This position provides Project Management leadership & is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross-functional teams with KPIs such as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality
This position will interface with the following:

Advance Development Team
Advance Manufacturing Team
Job Requirements
Manage multiple N+1 PoC development projects, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and on quality, while balancing technical feasibility and commercial impact.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with System Architecture (SA), Signal Integrity (SI COE), Advanced Development (ADT), and product development teams to accelerate innovation cycles.
Follow processes for iterative development cycles with rapid prototyping, ensuring flexibility to adapt to customer feedback and evolving industry trends while allowing for agile experimentation.
Facilitate technology handoff from AST to responsible Product Development Engineering (PDE) teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
Partner with Signal Integrity and Mechanical Engineering teams to drive concept validation through simulations, prototype development, and functional testing.
Ensure alignment between TE’s strategic objectives and AST’s exploratory projects, regularly updating senior leadership on project status and key learnings.
Act as the primary liaison between AST and manufacturing/supply chain teams to assess early-stage design feasibility and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Communications: Follow the Project Communication Plan, lead periodic Management Level Project Reviews, Report Project Progress, and Manage Stakeholder Expectations
Developing project schedules, resource requirements, and budget forecasts. Tracking and reporting on project progress and project cost
Effective project Risk management: create, monitor, and control risk management plans
What your background should look like
Skills, Experience and Education
Graduate / Master in engineering with 5-10 years of experience
3+ years of Project Management experience in the industrial product / Hardware domain
Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience
Understanding of Toll Gate / Stage-Gate process in Product development.
Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics
Experience in Stakeholder management and requirement management
Exposure to manufacturing processes
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate Globally at all levels internally and externally.
Experience in project planning & execution
Experience in Leading teams to success, collaborate across boundaries, track results, and develop Communication and responsibility matrix
Proficient with MS Office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint)
Work along with CFT for problem-solving and brainstorming
Preferable
Exposure to regulatory approval processes such as UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc
Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products
Exposure to Agile Project Management
Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $116,500 – $174,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
