Toyota of Oxnard is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive repair, committed to delivering high-quality work, and eager to grow their career with a trusted dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Toyota vehicles and other makes/models
Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets dealership and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and training
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $57.95.
