Job Title: Construction General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated construction general laborers who are eager to find a long-term role within our team. As a general contractor, we prioritize candidates with proficient experience in construction labor, offering opportunities to grow and learn various trades to become a full-time technician. The role involves working outdoors on job sites, performing physically demanding tasks, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
Pay : 18.75hr
Responsibilities
General labor and technician work around the jobsite will be working outdoors
Work independently without supervision to ensure high-quality results.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively.
Follow blueprints and plans accurately to achieve desired outcomes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous.
Possession of personal protective equipment (PPE) from prior job sites is preferred.
Reliable transportation to the job site in Oxnard is required.
Work Environment
The work environment involves outdoor job sites, requiring physical labor and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with potential Saturday work. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided if necessary, but candidates are encouraged to bring their own PPE from previous roles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
