ManpowerGroup Operator in Production in Oxford, North Carolina
Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking an Operator in Production to join their team. As an Operator in Production, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator in Production
Location: Oxford, NC
Pay Range:- $21 hour
Shift: Night shift (8-hour and 12-hour schedules)
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records
Assist with other duties as assigned to support production efficiency
What's Needed?
At least 1-year solid work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Forklift operation experience
Ability to work night shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour schedules
High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
