Position Overview: The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for participating in the overall planning, development, implementation, and support of clinical computerized systems in Allscripts.# The Analyst will address the needs of physicians, clinicians and patients by providing continuous training, support, troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for clinical information system improvements.# Provide customer and team support through cross-disciplinary task groups.# Will be responsible for testing clinical software upgrades in a team environment.# Will be responsible for managing clinical related projects and tasks.# Position Highlights: Starting Rate: $35.32 + per hour (commensurate with experience) Retirement Benefits: NC Local Government Pension Plan (5-year vesting period) Loan Forgiveness: Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and various supplemental benefits available Qualifications Bachelor#s degree in related field. Minimum two (2) years clinical IT experience. Relevant and recent Allscripts and other EHR experience. Report writing experience.# Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.# Ability to work and lead multiple projects with minimal guidance.## Exhibit strong customer service skills.# Ability to work in a team environment and is self-driven.# Ability to exercise sound judgment; contribute new ideas and solutions to problems; ability to deal with the public in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with the Center#s personnel and staff physicians; ability to maintain patient confidentiality.# Strong user experience in the Allscripts, Epic, Meditech software platform(s) is preferred. Formal IT/IS training and experience is preferred.
