Description
We’re seeking a motivated intern to support our international trade activities. This short internship offers hands-on experience in global commerce, customer and supplier relations, and import/export operations—all within a multicultural and digital work environment.
What You’ll Do
Support daily international business activities, including communication with customers and suppliers via email, phone, or digital platforms.
Assist with orders and customer follow-up, helping track commercial relationships and ensure smooth execution of purchase/sale contracts.
Manage and update commercial data, including contact lists, customer files, and prospect databases.
Help prepare and follow up on international operations, such as transport arrangements, documentation, customs files, and payment tracking.
Participate in market research, including studying export markets and helping identify potential target countries.
Contribute to commercial development, creating prospect lists, supporting promotional efforts, or assisting with trade events.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, helping coordinate the flow of information across teams involved in import/export activities.
Assist with resolving basic issues, such as claims, delivery incidents, or information requests from partners.
