Continuous Improvement Manager:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Regional Head of Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment and sustainment of Continuous Improvement (CI) standards across our manufacturing operations in North America.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering with the regional counterpart, this role provides strategic leadership and indirect oversight of CI teams across multiple manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding a culture of operational excellence, driving standardization, ensuring sustainability of initiatives, and delivering measurable performance improvements across all sites within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the regional deployment, adoption, and governance of global Continuous Improvement standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to site-based CI leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Drive consistency in CI execution across sites, ensuring standardization and long-term sustainability of improvements.
Monitor and evaluate CI initiatives, identifying opportunities to replicate best practices and scale successful programs regionally.
Partner with site leadership teams to embed CI priorities into operational strategies and business performance plans.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring CI principles are integrated into daily management systems.
Facilitate regional CI forums, capability-building workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms to strengthen organizational capability.
Establish clear performance metrics and reporting structures to track regional CI progress in alignment with global standards.
Act as the regional ambassador for Continuous Improvement, fostering engagement, accountability, and results-driven execution.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence leadership roles within heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated success leading and influencing multi-site and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and related CI methodologies and tools.
Proven experience implementing and sustaining global standards across regional or multi-site operations.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable change and measurable business impact.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
