Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Oviedo, Florida
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate recordkeeping and reporting for vendor activity and service-related information in Florida. This is a Contract position suited for someone who works efficiently with high-volume data and can maintain consistency across multiple systems. The role requires strong organizational skills, careful attention to accuracy, and confidence using business software to manage and update information.
Responsibilities:
• Enter vendor and service data into company systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports by compiling, organizing, and validating information from multiple sources
• Maintain up-to-date records in Zoho, Access, Excel, and other Office applications
• Review submitted information for completeness and correct discrepancies before finalizing entries
• Organize digital records and spreadsheets to support easy retrieval and ongoing data maintenance
• Assist with tracking service-related details and vendor activity to ensure reliable documentation
• Communicate with internal team members when clarification is needed to resolve missing or inconsistent data Requirements • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support involving frequent system updates
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter numeric and text-based information accurately
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience using Zoho and Microsoft Access
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and structured data
